Mural Paintings

In my youth I helped amateur- theater groups with large paintings of background scenery. I really liked that.

Since then I have made intense studies of colortheory, geometry and perspective and  I have tried to use my skills in studiopaintings, combined with outdoor painting in a more impressionist way.

But back in my head I have nurtured my desire to do muralpaintings.

Below you see the first mural-painting by me. It is 200 cm X 185 cm and is painted on the wall of a winecellar in central Stockholm. It was painted during october, november 2012.

The motive is my own and came from a discussion with a friend over what influence dreams have on us.

If you have your own motive I am open for discussion about that.

As said before landscapes is another part of my repertoaire and below you can see, some examples of that.

I can paint directly on your wall or on canvases that are put up by the carpenters of Blomdahls.
